Biography
Paul has been working for and with pharma/biotech companies since completing his post-doctoral studies in 1999. An experienced scientist that has worked in business development for more than 15 years, he leads Hologic’s Biomarker and CDx services Relationship and Alliance Management team. Paul’s experiences have led him to an in depth understanding of the relationships between the contract provider and acceptor that enables him to engage and empathise with Hologic’s customer base, whether for small transactional business or strategic partnerships. This has led to a strong belief that the relationship with the customer is key, communication is critical and he pushes all staff to take ownership of customer’s projects so that Hologic works as an extension of the customer’s labs – not in place of them. Though Paul works out of and liaises with of three Hologic facilities – Manchester and Livingston, UK, San Diego, US.
