Howard Jacob

Biography

Dr. Howard Jacob is the Vice President and Head of Genomic Research at AbbVie, one of the world’s largest biotech companies. He has published more than 250 peer-reviewed articles on the genetic mapping of complex diseases and building genomic resources and tools. Earlier in this career at the Medical College of Wisconsin , Dr. Jacob and his team were the first to use genomic sequencing to save a patient’s life.
