Biography
Moran Snir is the co-founder and CEO of Clear Genetics, a leader in developing technology to scale the delivery of genomic services and increase access to genomic expertise. Clear Genetics’s chatbot platform provides personalized genomic information consistently and cost-effectively, allowing to incorporate genomics more broadly into patient care. Prior, Moran was at Medtronic, where she held a number of key roles, including leading strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, and business development. She was also the co-founder of MorNetware, an Israeli software company that scales delivery of prenatal carrier screening. Mornetware is standard of care in genetic counseling for carrier screening, servicing over 85% of pregnancies for over 10 years. Moran was an officer in Israel Defense Forces’ Elite software unit, then studied Biomedical engineering at Tel Aviv University for her Bachelors and Masters Degrees. She has an MBA from the Wharton Business School and is a Y Combinator Alum.
