Ridhi Tariyal

Biography

Ridhi Tariyal is CEO and co-founder of NextGen Jane. She started NextGen Jane while a Blavatnik Fellow at Harvard University. The genesis of the company was a desire to help women navigate the tricky terrain of career planning vs family planning with personal data about fertility to inform decision making. The idea evolved into helping women become primary owners of their reproductive health by creating unique and convenient mechanisms for them to track their health on a molecular level. Prior to NextGen Jane, Ridhi spent most of her career in the health care industry. She ran large genomic studies for the Broad Institute in West Africa, worked in various entrepreneurial roles at startups and started her health care career at Bristol Myers Squibb.
