Biography
Nabil brings extensive experience in product management, genomics, diagnostics, and informatics to Sunquest. Prior to Sunquest, he was Product Director, Neurology at Quest Diagnostics, where he oversaw the national neurology diagnostic testing product portfolio, including routine testing, cytogenetics, and advanced molecular genetics and immunology. Nabil pioneered and launched Quest’s first digital diagnostic test. He began his career at Broad Institute, managing a team working on the finishing of the human genome project. He then worked on developing and scaling prototype next generation sequencing (NGS) technology to genome center production. After eight years at Broad, Nabil founded SeqWise, an NGS consultancy serving pharmaceuticals, academic medical centers, and startups. Next, Nabil joined GenomeQuest as Director, Clinical Strategy, where he led product management and market strategy on a clinical genetic informatics product. Nabil holds an MBA from Duke University, an MS in Bioinformatics from Brandeis University, and a BS in Biology from Binghamton University.
