Biography

Dr. Bandyopadhyay recieved his BS from University of Wisconsin, Madison in molecular biology and computer science and his PhD from University of California, San Diego in bioinformatics and systems biology. He was named a UCSF faculty fellow in 2010 and began as a faculty member in the depatment of Bioeingeering and Therapeutic Sciences and in the Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center in 2013.

Integration Of Tumor Genomic Data To Improve Cancer Pharmacogenomics
We present a new network based approach which integrates multiple molecular profiling datasets using functional networks to catalog cancer-specific alterations that can be robustly assessed in cancer cell lines and accurately quantitate various cell types within the tumor microenvironment.
